What the day will look like
The Operations Analyst will work closely with the Head of Operations and internal teams to support clients, members and colleagues. Main responsibilities will be:
- Working within an existing team to deliver services to both internal and external customers
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives utilising latest technology
- Working with large data sets within Excel and other systems
- Delivering high quality reports related to operational activities
- Documentation / process mapping of processes and procedures
- Ad hoc work as required in the role to include participation in projects and initiatives

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience in a fast-paced office or in a professional services environment
- Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Business Information Systems or equivalent fields
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: MS CoPilot, use of LLMs, Power BI or equivalent technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with high volume data
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to collate and share information effectively
- Proven ability in taking own initiative and positive adaptability to a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and build effective relationships both internally and externally
- Encouraging and developing a cohesive and engaging team environment, working towards delivering common goals and business results
- Providing quality solutions, on time and works proactively to meet client expectations
