Sherry FitzGerald Brady O’Flaherty in Maynooth are recruiting for a part office administrator to provide a professional, efficient administrative support service to their team.
This role will be based in Maynooth, Co Kildare.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide administrative assistance and support to the Managing Director and the overall office.
- Manage telephone calls and the general public in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner.
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office products.
- Coordinate and manage marketing for sales properties – boards, photographs, brochures, newspaper adverts, social media.
- Prepare and produce brochures.
- Support in dealing with incoming phone & email queries such as arranging viewings, surveys, buyer calls, call backs, and following up on sales.
- Always ensure all enquiries are accurately recorded and up to date on RPS (CRM system).
- Maintain organised, easy to access files on computer ensuring all files are complaint with GDPR, AML and PSRA regulation.
- Abide by the PSRA guidelines.
