Sherry FitzGerald Brady O’Flaherty in Maynooth are recruiting for a part office administrator to provide a professional, efficient administrative support service to their team.


This role will be based in Maynooth, Co Kildare.


Key Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative assistance and support to the Managing Director and the overall office.
  • Manage telephone calls and the general public in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner.
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office products.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing for sales properties – boards, photographs, brochures, newspaper adverts, social media.
  • Prepare and produce brochures.
  • Support in dealing with incoming phone & email queries such as arranging viewings, surveys, buyer calls, call backs, and following up on sales.
  • Always ensure all enquiries are accurately recorded and up to date on RPS (CRM system).
  • Maintain organised, easy to access files on computer ensuring all files are complaint with GDPR, AML and PSRA regulation.
  • Abide by the PSRA guidelines.
