Part time Office Administrator and Book keeper required (12 to 15 hours a week)
Ideally Monday, Wednesdays and Friday mornings from 9am to 1pm but can be flexible
Looking for a relaxed, friendly person to come into a small family run repair garage and help with general office duties. Someone with an interest in vehicles would be ideal but not essential.
Training will be provided.
Main duties will include:
Payroll using Collsoft software (full training will be provided)
VAT Returns
Invoicing
Taking calls & replying to emails
Replying to social media queries
Garage related Health & Safety
Calling other garages & dismantler/ breakers yards for parts etc
Ordering parts
Estimates for insurance
Scheduling appointments
Ideally candidate will have a clean driving license as occasionally you may be needed to drop off/collect a customers car.
Other ad-hoc general office duties
