An experienced Office Administrator (Part- time) is required to join our team at head office in Donabate, North Dublin.
Main Duties include but not be limited to;
- Overseeing invoicing - Reviewing, approving, importing of same into Sage:
- Price checking and credit note management;
- Balancing/ reconciling monthly account statements;
- Carrying out general administrative duties as required by the team to include ordering stationary;
- Additional responsibilities and conducting assignments as requested by management;
Requirements;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Excellent attention to detail required;
- Strong IT skills with experience in Sage is a must;
