Self Employed Personal Trainer -Rent Free - 10 Hours per week provided to the gym as a Fitness Consultant in place of rent. Keep 100% of your earnings. This is a unpiad position and earning are through your Personal Training.

The Role:
As a Personal Trainer at FUSE, your primary role is to inspire, guide and support our members in their fitness journey. You will be the face of FUSE on the gym floor, delivering excellent service, classes and instruction, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You will also be required to generate leads and make calls to potential members promoting our gyms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the gym floor, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all members.
- Perform fitness assessments, develop exercise programs, and provide expert guidance.
- Assist in managing the club's class timetable, including booking and delivering classes.
- Facilitate clear communication between departments to support gym operations.
- Engage with members and gather feedback.
- Promote the gym's services and facilities to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
- Professionally address customer complaints and communicate issues to management.
- Ensure all guest needs are met, providing a responsive and personalised service.
- Make sales calls, hand out flyers and conduct club tours for potential members.
Qualifications/Skills:
- A Personal Training certificate (REPS Ireland minimum level 3) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, energetic, and hard-working individual committed to fitness and well-being.
