As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
Your Role:
- Work closely with clients and business to assess UI and UX needs, design target models and identify optimal technology solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise within your specialized area (UI, UX, communications)
- Assist in developing internal and external communications and other materials
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach translating business strategies and goals into executable projects
- Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge.
- Assist with requirements’ sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area.
- Highlight areas of risk, contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager.
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements.
About You:
- Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree.
- Experience in financial service industry beneficial.
- Experience working on business transformation initiatives beneficial.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be creative and innovative.
- Ability to influence and persuade.
