Key Responsibilities:
Role & Responsibilities:
· Routine inspections of Residential Developments
· Ensuring essential services are in place and operating efficiently in developments
· Tender analysis for all services as required
· Advise on and prepare draft Service Charge budgets
· Apportionment and collection of Service Charges
· Preparation of Financial Reports for Board meetings
· Attendance at scheduled Board Meetings and Owners General Meetings
· Liaising with all Residents & Owners on Management issues
· Attending to telephone enquiries and correspondence from owners and residents
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management or asset management , or a related customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
- MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Proficiency and Outlook.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Acquain CRM or other Property Managemnent Software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience managing accounts and budgets.
Desirable Skills:
- Full clean driver’s license and access to a car.
- Knowledge of tenancy regulations and compliance.
- PRSA D License.
- Familiarity with the Dublin residential property market.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
