Duties will include, but not limited to:

Carry out domestic heating and plumbing installations, commissions & servicing, with a primary focus on retrofitting projects and the installation of air-to-water heat pump systems.
Carry out both gas and oil boiler servicing, including commercial boiler servicing
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all service and installation documentation.
Seamlessly integrate existing plumbing systems with new retrofit installations, maximizing energy efficiency.
Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections, addressing any leaks, blockages, or issues within the system.
General plumbing and drainage
Follow all safety guidelines and company standards during installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions to maintain optimal system performance.

Requirements:

· QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft – Plumbing

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, with significant involvement in retrofit projects and heat pump installations.

· Excellent commitment to safety and quality, with strong attention to detail.

· Deep understanding of the plumbing and heating industry, with a proven track record in similar roles

· Safe Pass

· Manual Handling Certificate

The successful candidate will:

undertake all maintenance repairs, installation or servicing work as detailed by the Company
comply with the Company’s procedures when working on a client’s premises
observe and comply with all working practices and to always ensure compliance with all appropriate health & safety and statutory requirements
ensure all professional qualifications required to undertake duties are up to date
maintain all company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable, presentable, and safe manner
ensure all Company paperwork is always completed accurately and legibly and presented in a timely manner
self-motivated, flexible and willing to travel
have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
have full clean drivers Licence
