Restaurant Supervisor - The Front Door

The Role
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Assist with staff training, shift planning, and performance management.
- Monitor floor operations, including cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
The Candidate
- Proven quality experience in a reputable F&B establishment in a similar role.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a consistently enthusiastic and professional team player with a can-do attitude.
- Organised & positive personality with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
