As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver warm, seamless service to every guest.
The Role:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experience, and a motivated, well-trained team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations during service, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
Lead, coach and support front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
Be hands-on during busy service, setting the tone and standard for the team
Monitor floor operations, guest satisfaction, and resolve any issues promptly
Assist in onboarding, training, and developing new team members
Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to maintain service excellence
Uphold and ensure compliance with all health and safety and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role in a restaurant or hotel
A warm, confident personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, guest-focused decisions
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
