Retail Inventory Analyst (Allocator) – UK & Ireland (Hybrid)

Cork - hybrid role, based in Blarney Business Park
(Some travel within Europe required)
About the Role:
ECCO is looking for a Retail Inventory Analyst (Allocator) to support our UK and Ireland Markets. Based within the Product Team, this role works closely with Buying, Retail, and Marketing to ensure efficient stock allocation and movement across our store network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly and seasonal allocation reports, including analysis, findings, and recommendations, to inform cross-functional teams
- Manage stock consolidation, overstock movement, and manual store replenishments
- Collaborate with Store and Retail Managers across the UK & Ireland to support trading needs
- Prepare data and reporting for Retail Trade Meetings
- Support seasonal buys and analysis for promotional events such as End-of-Season Sales
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
- Retail allocation or stock management experience
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Previous retail experience (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
