Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, manage bookings, and assist walk-ins with a smile. Dealing professionally with customer complaints.
- Sales and Merchandising: Actively promote and upsell merchandise options. Cash management.
- Maintenance– Ensure the smooth running of the experience and create a welcoming, well-presented environment.
- Operational Support: Assist with opening/closing procedures and perform inventory.
- Team Reporting: Guide and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional experience with enthusiasm and confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3-5 years retail management experience.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and Bank holidays.
