We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, detailed technical drawings and plans based on architectural and structural specifications using Autodesk Revit software.
A successful candidate will have extensive experience in 3D modeling, construction documentation, and BIM coordination.
The ability to work within a collaborative environment is crucial as you will be interacting with engineers, architects, and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and structural models in Revit
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for construction projects
- Coordinate and manage Revit projects
- Perform clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks
- Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and workflows
- Interact with architects, engineers, and design team to provide technical solutions
- Continually advance knowledge with updates in existing and new software
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Revit Specialist or BIM Coordinator
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
- Understanding of architectural and construction drawings
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Professional certification in Revit will be an added advantage
