We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This position requires flexibility for both weekday and weekend shifts. This is not a summer job, both midweek and weekend availability is a prerequisite.
Job Description:
This is a customer service-focused role, with the primary objective of delivering exceptional service at all times. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers as they enter the shop
- Assisting shoppers in finding the goods and products they need
- Processing cash and card payments accurately
- Answering customer queries with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Offering advice and guidance on product selection
- Balancing cash registers with receipts
- Handling customer refunds professionally
- Maintaining a clean and tidy store, including vacuuming and mopping
- Showing an interest in social media and online engagement
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints with care
- Receiving and storing deliveries of stock
- Staying up to date with special promotions and arranging displays
Personal Skills Required:

- Comfortable interacting with members of the public
