The Role: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through social media, email, and phone outreach.
- Manage daily order processes, ensuring clear and effective communication with factory supervisors.
- Achieve and exceed lead generation and sales targets aligned with our business strategy.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing SME retail and foodservice customers.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns via Shopify with regular reporting on lead generation and sales metrics.
- Re-engage past clients and maintain relationships through targeted updates and campaigns.
- Track and analyse website engagement using Google Analytics; compile monthly performance reports.
- Create and manage content strategies tailored to different audiences across digital and traditional platforms.
- Maintain and update social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) weekly with content such as:
- Completed projects
- Client testimonials
- Team building activities
- Topical industry news and updates
Skills and Competencies
- Highly motivated with a track record of achieving goals and targets.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present and promote product USPs effectively.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
- Skilled at qualifying leads and closing sales.
- Professional presentation and behaviour in all interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in Shopify, QuickBooks, and ERP systems is a plus (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media for brand promotion.
A full, clean driving licence is essential
