Sales Executive Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will play an integral role in the sales team. This role will be busy, fast paced and require a self-start who is motivated, enthusiastic and thrives off a sales environment. Reporting to the Dealership Manager in our Windsor Airside Renault & Dacia Dealership the purpose of the role is to meet sales targets, value cars and providing an excellent experience for all customers alike. These dealership are multi-franchise and would have a large sales volume of new and used cars.
About the role:
The Sales Executive will be required to provide front line, best-in-class service and support to Windsor Motor customers.
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying customer needs and capturing the data related to this
- Selling and valuing used cars
- Continuous learning of the new car market, product details and price changes
- Meeting sales targets on a continuous basis
- Prospecting using existing customer database
- Be familiar with the finance process
- Preparing handover documentation to a high standard
- Following internal sales processes and procedures

Skills needed:
- Must have the ability to work on own initiative
- Driven and ambitious in meeting targets on a monthly basis
- Strong communication skills, customers and employees alike
- Full clean Irish Drivers licence
- Experience with a main deal with a large sales volume advantageous
Additional Information
The hours of attendance are based on a 39-hour week. Working days depend on time of year and busy sales periods. Hours of work are 8.30am to 6pm. Weekend work required.
What you get in return:
- Bonus & Commission structure. OTE projected at €80,000+
- 20 days annual leave plus 10 public holidays.
