This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to break into the wealth management sector. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, driven to succeed, and passionate about building a long-term career—ultimately progressing into an advisory role in the future.

Please note-this role is in the office Monday-Friday 9-5

Key Responsibilities


The Role:
  • Provide Administration Support to the CEO, this, involves inbox diary management, booking meetings and travel (flights)
  • Management of existing Client Database
  • Initial contact point for new business enquiries
  • Meet Clients on arrival for client meetings.
  • Liaising with platform and investment partners


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • 3-5 years previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a Financial Services role.
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong technical skills with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems (salesforce)Calendly (AI)
  • Excellent Communications and Customer Service Skills.
  • Customer-focused and driven.
  • Team player with attention to detail and an ability to work on their own initiative.
  • This role provides an ideal opportunity to develop a successful career in the wealth advisory industry.
