Job Description
We are seeking an Senior Architectural Technologist with minimum 5 years or more of experience and strong design and technical skills to take a productive role in an expanding friendly office, working on a variety of projects as housing, apartments, student accommodation and mixed-use developments.
Job Requirements
- BCMS / BCAR experience.
- Excellent Autocad skills required.
- Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations & Planning Guidelines.
- Experience of working on small, medium and large-scale complex projects demonstrating strong detailing experience.
- Experienced across all stages of Site and Project management.
- Experience preparing planning, tender and construction packages and drawings.
- Site experience an advantage.
- The successful applicant will have proven technical detailing ability and experience of realising projects on site.
- Highly motivated, flexible, well organized with the ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, technical and detailing skills with precise attention to detail.
- Own transport / car an advantage.
