As the Senior Bar Person, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead by example, manage bar staff, and create a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bar Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing duties, stock management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and support bar staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Stock Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders as necessary, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and executing club events, ensuring the bar is adequately staffed and stocked.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards at all times.
