This role will work closely with global partners, and will shape how we think about Talent Acquisition across EMEA. As the Senior Recruitment Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing talent insights, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. You'll build and develop a team of recruiting professionals, setting performance goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. - Experience in high-volume and specialized hiring, combined with the ability to coach teams across multiple channels.
- Experience working in matrixed, growth-oriented organizations.
- Ability to communicate and influence across various levels of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Demonstrated success in writing documents.
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and business narratives.
