What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute effective SEO strategies across multiple channels
- Apply knowledge of AI-driven search behavior (e.g., SGE, semantic search) to refine content and targeting
- Stay up to date on AI trends influencing search intent, ranking, and ad performance
- Launch and manage Google Ads, integrated with Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Optimize performance across the funnel — from awareness to conversion
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, social media, and sales teams to align messaging
- Build and monitor conversion funnels using GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM tools
- Recommend tactics for retargeting, lookalike audiences, and behavioral segmentation
- Conduct ongoing competitor and audience research to identify lead opportunities
- Track and report on key KPIs: CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and more
You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO & PPC, with measurable results or a portfolio
- Deep understanding of classical and AI-influenced SEO algorithms and content ranking factors
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, tag setup, Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite
- Experience creating and optimizing sales funnels for service-based brands
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, B2B targeting, and corporate lead generation
- Confidence working in creative or luxury event/wedding sectors (preferred but not required)
- Ability to collaborate with a strategic marketing manager and wider cross-functional team
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in Ireland and available to work remotely
Nice to Have
- Experience with data bases and email automation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Basic skills in visual content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Understanding of high-end client expectations (weddings, destination events, brand activations)
