Are you passionate about cars and customer service? We're looking for a dynamic Service Advisor to join our growing team at our independent automotive workshop. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with both customers and mechanics to help drive efficiency, satisfaction, and business growth.
What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for customers – friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear, timely communication
Take ownership of service bookings, job cards, and follow-ups
Help grow the service department by identifying areas for improvement
Implement systems and strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of vehicles and repairs – you don’t need to be a mechanic, but you should understand the language
Proven experience in growing or improving a department or business
Great communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
