This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Shift Supervisor at Dew Valley Foods in Thurles.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the effective and efficient running of the Production Area meeting all Food Safety standards and operational KPI’s.
Requirements
- Supervisory Skills and Production Management
- Experience in production scheduling and production planning
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and safety standards
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
