The SMB Regional Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium sized businesses, providing education, guidance and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the Regional Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker that has experience in the EMEA region but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences and managing ecosystem strategies and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers small business advertiser adoption and revenue growth goals through innovative strategies, education for priority growth initiatives(s) and campaigns in TikTok's EMEA priority markets (UKI, FR and DACH) as well as consulting for growth strategy in emerging markets (ie. Poland, META region).
- Collaborates across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify regional SMB needs through data, campaigns, and content.
- Develops 1 to many nurturing programs for MPPs , Local partners, Industry bodies for demand generation and product penetration / adoption.
- Develops framework to capture leads from third parties' events and partnerships in specific verticals for example travel and tourism, professional services, fintech.
- Supports regional marketing managers in the identification of key industry events and industry bodies to partner with either to support demand gen or positioning in a given market
- Leads partnership with TTShop Partners across EMEA
