Due to continued phenomenal growth, MySolar Ltd are now looking to hire a number of qualified and motivated sales professionals to join our team due to our rapid growth and success within the PV System Installation market.
We are recruiting both part time and fulltime sales executives.
We are headquartered in Malahide, Co. Dublin. The successful candidates will have the exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a critical role in managing and delivering Solar PV System installations both in the domestic & commercial market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Seek opportunities for appointments or quotations over the telephone, conduct online sales presentations.
· Explain products and services features and benefits providing basic guide prices and answer questions from customers.
· Maintain and develop the contact database within CRM. Manage contact, response and information flow.
· Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted onto the CRM system.
· Answer telephone calls from potential customers and manage follow ups to ensure all calls are followed up when agreed with potential customers.
· Compose emails or write letters to respond to correspondence from potential customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
· Making initial contact to develop a relationship with the target of obtaining a qualified sales appointment for the field sales department.
· Administrative tasks such as maintaining (data) files and processing paperwork.
· No cold calling will be required
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Working knowledge of relevant CRM software and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Persistent, self- motivated and results-orientation
- Proven track record of Achieving set monthly sales targets.
- Ability to become an expert with respect to products and solutions in the solar & storage industry. Introducing new products/market developments to prospective clients.
- Contacting direct sales enquiries, gathering information, and conducting desktop surveys. Estimating system size, yield and payback from information provided.
- Planning weekly site surveys, assessing feasibility, optimal system size and system design, identifying any technical challenges & recording the necessary level of detail for design/operations.
- Informing the client on the feasibility of the project and its implementation.
- Completing a handover to operations for all sales.
- Managing communications with clients to optimise customer journey through the sales process up to, handover to operations.
- Logging all activity on the CRM system and managing sales pipeline.

- At least 2 years experience in a sales/administration role
- Previous experience in solar and renewable energy is desirable but not required.
- Must be proficient in IT skills i.e Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have an excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills
- Be a great team player and also able to work using own initiative
