About your role:
We are seeking a hardworking, motivated, and customer-focused individual with a passion for renewable energy to join our team as Solar Technical Support. You will assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic systems, ensuring high-quality performance. You’ll also offer after-sales assistance to customers and resolve any technical issues in a timely manner.
You’ll provide technical guidance to various internal teams and assist with design and sizing of solar energy systems. You’ll provide ongoing after-sales support, including maintenance guidance, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring. You’ll support SEAI and internal audits, ensuring safety and quality standards are met on all installations.
This varied role will involve working closely with customers, project managers, electricians and contractors, and will directly contribute to our purpose of energizing a greener fairer future!
Here's what we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Solar PV systems, standards & regulations
- Good Knowledge of Solar Fusion application
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on phone with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office an advantage
