What will I be doing?
Working closely with the COO and CEO on key initiatives across the business, you’ll support LearnUpon’s growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead key strategic initiatives across the business, collaborating directly with the global executive team
- Ensure strong communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders to maintain focus and clarity on initiatives
- Identify potential roadblocks early and work proactively to resolve them with practical, effective solutions
- Analyse data to identify trends, guide decisions, and measure outcomes that drive business impact
- Continuously look for ways to enhance workflows, simplify processes, and increase efficiency across the business
What skills do I need?
You’re a driven, analytical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. In addition, you’ll have:
- 2~3+ years of industry experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive projects through to execution
- Strong communications skills and a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and working with different teams across the business
- Results-focused mindset - you get things done, even when the pressure is on
- Highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting quickly to maintain momentum in evolving situations
- A keen eye for detail, and can proactively resolve issues before they become blockers
- A self-starter mentality - you take ownership, show initiative, and thrive being the go-to person
