Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Provides supervision to Ireland payroll coordinators, ensuring appropriate support of processes and associate career development.
- Ensures that the Ireland payroll function is in full compliance with the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Responsible for all activities necessary to process and distribute multiple payrolls including auditing, funding, payroll tax and withholding reports, reconciliations, and supervising payroll processing.
- Supports improvement initiatives including coordination with Human Resources (HR), Accounting, and Operations to streamline processes and support a positive hire-to-retire employee experience.
- Compiles and prepares payroll and tax reports for both internal & external purposes including quarter & annual audits, regulatory submissions, CSO and Revenue reporting.
- Participates in the implementation of changes to policy and procedure to ensure integrity of the payroll and regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for remaining current on all changes in legislation affecting payroll and notifying affected associates of the changes and implications.
- Conducts Ireland payroll-related training sessions for HR managers, operations leaders, and payroll coordinators to explain policies and practices as well as regulatory updates impacting associates.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: University studies in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
- Minimum Experience: At least 5 years’ experience overseeing payroll processing and payroll team members, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Building strong partnerships with cross-functional partners
- IPass qualification strongly desired
