About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching safe, engaging swimming lessons for all ages and abilities
- Assisting with the daily running of our leisure facilities (pool, gym)
- Welcoming guests and members, helping them feel at home
- Maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards around the leisure centre
- Supporting leisure events, activities, and community programmes

Required Criteria
- Swim teaching qualification (or willingness to train – we’ll help!)
- Great people skills and a friendly, welcoming personality
- Team player who’s happy to get stuck in wherever needed
- Commitment to safety and customer care
- Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including weekends
