This role functions as a seamless extension of MongoDB's Talent Acquisition team, delivering full-cycle recruiting expertise with the added advantage of Sustainable Talent's AI-driven search strategies, market insights, and human-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Partner with MongoDB hiring managers to define requirements, craft job descriptions, and design recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and manage sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Sustainable Talent's proprietary AI-powered tools.
- Oversee the candidate journey from screening through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-touch, positive experience.
- Collaborate within MongoDB's ATS (Greenhouse) while leveraging Sustainable Talent's analytics to track and optimize results.
- Represent MongoDB's mission, values, and culture authentically to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience—preferably in technical or customer engineering roles.
- Experience hiring in Ireland and familiarity with EMEA talent markets.
- Skilled at balancing multiple requisitions and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with Greenhouse or similar ATS experience.
