MDI Medical is an established and successful company supplying high tech medical devices to public and private hospitals throughout Ireland & UK. The company is headquartered in Kells, County Meath with offices both in Belfast and UK and operates national sales and technical services teams from these locations.
We are looking for a Technical Services Admin person to join our team. This role reports to the Office Manager.
Core tasks: (But are not limited to the following)
- Processing of Repair quotes / Orders / Delivery Dockets and Sales invoices
- Liaise with the Technical Services department on the scheduling of work and availability of parts for repairs.
- Ensuring PODs are received for all work carried out, and relevant paperwork/reports are provided to Customers for completed repairs and site visits.
- Monitor Inhouse repairs and request RMA where required.
- Arrange and monitor customer collections with DPD.
- Request ultrasound system IDs and update on accounting system
- Keep ultrasound Install base updated.
- Ensure all service reports are completed and sent to customers on a timely basis.
- Process payments from customers relating to repairs using Stripe Credit software. Provide support to Credit control regarding overdue repair invoices.
- Assisting in other areas of the Technical Services department as required.
Qualifications/Core Competencies:
- Experience of Accounts / office /administration work within a similar industry
- Strong system & Microsoft office skills
- Willing to learn.
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment.

- Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
