The ideal candidate must have experience in a busy Reception/Administrative environment, be energetic and a good team player.
Candidate’s MUST have
* Excellent telephone manner
* Be highly motivated & have the ability to work under pressure
* Very good IT & computer knowledge such as Microsoft excel, outlook & word
*Typing & written skills
* Used to working within a team environment
* Available for 8.30 am starts & 6.00 pm finish when rostered
Responsibilities include:
* Answering phones
* Checking patients in/out
* Typing
* Secretarial/Administration duties
* Dealing with correspondence
* Maintaining data using computer or manual systems
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€31,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22 – 37.5 per week
