This UX/UI Designer role will play an essential part within the digital team, you will contribute to the end-to-end design process across a variety of digital products, from mobile apps to web platforms, to position the daa as the leader in airport industry B2C digital channels, using customer centric technologies to drive non-aeronautical revenues and a seamless passenger experience.
- Works closely with UX/UI lead to research, design and execute a best in class digital user experience across the daa
- Balance user needs with business goals to design solutions that are impactful, feasible and scalable
- Collaborate with commercial, product and development teams to implement and iterate on design solutions
- Plan, conduct, and analyse user testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify usability improvements
- Ensure research findings inform digital design decisions
- Research and design, information architecture, wireframes, user flows , prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for digital products
- Collaborating closely with the digital team to ensure the smooth integration of design concepts and application of UX/UI principles across digital projects
- Working with and helping to evolve our design system
- Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team
Experience
- 3+ experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong user-centred and commercial portfolio
- Proven experience conducting or contributing to user testing and usability research
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing software
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, human-centred design, product design and responsive web/mobile design
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Passion for solving complex problems with a user-first mindset
- Ability to work within and team and independently, manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- UX/UI: Wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, UI
- User testing & Research: Planning, facilitation and analysis, surveys

Formal Education Qualifications
