Bijou Bistro, one of Dublin's iconic Restaurants in the beautiful suburb of Rathgar, Dublin 6 is recruiting for full time waiters for our busy Bistro.
Located in Rathgar, Dublin 6, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a long established Restaurant where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job. Working alongside a very experienced team, you will be offered plenty of training. This is a really rewarding role on a team where you can be assured of a warm welcome!
This important Role includes:
- Restaurant set up, food and drink service and exceptional guest care
- To anticipate the guests' needs at all times.
- To communicate to all members of the team efficiently.
- To have an excellent knowledge of menu items.
- To have an efficient understanding of MICROS or equivalent ordering system.
To work with a professional manner at all times in order to provide our guests with the highest level of service.
The successful candidate will have strong customer focus, great communication skills, spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability and enjoy contributing in a positive way. Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same!
Shift work & flexibility are required in this position.
