We are seeking an eager Website Sales Administrator to join our expanding team at our head office in Cork.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy person to join the great team in our Head Office in Little Island, Cork.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Process online orders
- Ensure order follow up, by managing deliveries and collections for online orders
- Assist customers with the returns process and follow up on returned orders
- Manage and resolve customer queries, via phone and email
- Respond to and resolve queries from online chat portal
- Carrying out other necessary ad-hoc administration duties
The role requires:
- Strong computer skills: an advanced knowledge of Office products essential
- Professional oral and written communication skills
The successful person will be:
