Sales Executive with exciting and fast growing speciality coffee roasting business.
Summary of Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Wholesale Coffee Sales Executive to expand our coffee sales across Dublin and the Leinster region. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses, ensuring they receive the best coffee solutions tailored to their needs. The successful candidate will work closely with our Barista Trainer and Coffee Roaster to provide expert support and drive customer satisfaction.
Job Purpose
● To develop and grow the wholesale coffee business in Dublin and Leinster.
● To identify new business opportunities while nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.
● To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, from sourcing and roasting to training and ongoing support.
● To act as an ambassador for our coffee brand, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities;
Sales & Business Development
● Identify, target, and secure new wholesale coffee customers within cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses.
● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention.
● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Present and promote our coffee range, equipment, and training solutions to potential and existing clients.
● Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring value for customers.
Collaboration & Customer Support
● Work closely with our Barista Trainer to ensure customers receive high-quality training and support, enhancing their coffee expertise and business success.
● Liaise with our Coffee Roaster to provide customers with the best coffee blends suited to their needs and preferences.
● Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our coffee solutions.
● Attend trade shows, events, and coffee tastings to promote our brand and network with industry professionals.
Market & Product Knowledge
● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
● Provide feedback to the roasting and training teams to continuously improve our coffee offerings.
● Educate customers on coffee sourcing, brewing techniques, and quality control to help them get the best from our products.
Reporting & Administration
● Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market insights.
● Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Managing Director.
● Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Skills & Experience Required
● Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the coffee or food & beverage sector.
● Passion for coffee with a strong understanding of the industry and brewing techniques.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
● Full, clean driver’s license and willingness to travel across Dublin and Leinster.
