Your Role:
As Workshop Controller, you will be the hub of our aftersales operation-ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technician workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Manage and schedule service bookings to optimise time and resources
- Ensure workshop tools and equipment are well-maintained and compliant
- Oversee vehicle quality checks before customer handover
- Conduct test drives when required to verify repair quality
- Monitor the safe and compliant disposal of workshop waste materials
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and boost our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
What You'll Need:
- Full, clean driver's licence
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage, but not required
