About the Role:
As a Car Sales Executive, you'll interact with customers to identify their vehicle needs, showcase vehicles that align with their lifestyle, coordinate test drives, and close sales. While this is a showroom-based role, you'll also engage heavily via social media to generate leads and promote stock.
You'll be supported by a dynamic sales team and a dedicated Sales Manager, with an open-door policy that encourages fresh thinking and initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing existing customer relationships
- Generating new leads
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Promoting both new and used vehicles
- Upselling products and services
About You:
- Previous sales experience is desirable (not essential)
- A passion for cars and the motor industry
- Willing to learn and adapt to our proven sales process
- Goal-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Confidence in public speaking and negotiation
- Creative mindset for both online and in-person selling
- Full clean driver's licence required
