West Wood Club is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. The role encompasses three of our six premium fitness clubs in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for accounting and the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Competent to prepare accounts to Trial Balance, including nominal ledger journals.
· Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
· Process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring timely management of all transactions.
· Reconcile daily sales and bank accounts to ensure accuracy in financial data.
· Produce monthly income statements and KPIs for the clubs.
· Liaise with suppliers, banks, and external auditors when required.
· Collaborate with department managers to enhance financial processes and controls.
· Other ad hoc financial tasks as required by management.
Requirements
· Qualified Accounting Technician essential.
· Proficiency in Sage Line 50 preferred.
· Good working knowledge of Excel required.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
· Motivated and deadline driven with keen attention to detail.
· Knowledge of RCT would be an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
