As the Accounts and Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office.
Global Food & Beverage Specialists is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our expanding team. As an Accounts Administrator you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, processing invoices, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. This individual will work closely with the company directors to support day-to-day operations
Responsibilities
- To work off your own initiative as well as taking incoming/outgoing calls and managing email correspondence in the office.
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Provide administration support to Dispatch department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Daily reconciliation of cash, credit cards and lodgements
- Accounts Receivable, follow up customer payment in an effective manner
- Work closely with external accountant to provide key financial support to the management team and ensure all compliance deadlines are adhered
- Provide administration support to sales representatives
- Process phone orders
- Provide Admin support as required
About you
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Track record showing the ability to work on your own initiative
- Proficiency in using accounting software.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €18,000.00-€20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
