Connacht Cleaning are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Charlestown, Co. Mayo. A minimum of 1-2 years’ proven experience working in a similar role is essential. We are looking for a detail oriented and organised person to assist with day to day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage main desk activities, including answering phone calls, emails, and respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Schedule meetings and appointments; manage calendars
- Maintain and update customer records and job schedules
- Assist with quotations and invoicing (as applicable)
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding new staff and records management
- Organise marketing campaigns for various targeted sectors.
- Assist in preparation of documents for ISO and Contract Procurement, as assigned
- Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (Minimum 1-2 years – references required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
