Role: Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to support our busy accounts and retail team.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Requirements:
- Accounting Technician qualification or 3+ years relevant experience
- Proficient in Sage (or similar software) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Debtors & Creditors Ledgers
- Process Sales & Purchase Invoices
- Handle Credit Control and Supplier Payments
- Reconcile Bank and Supplier Statements
- Maintain Payroll and Stock Records
- Prepare Monthly Management Reports
- General admin and ad hoc support

Goal:
Deliver accurate, timely accounts support and foster strong interdepartmental relationships.

Pay: From €27,000.00 per year
