This role is ideal for a practical and organised individual who wants to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced industry and contribute to key growth projects in our Cork-based company.
Core Responsibilities Of The Role

- Insurance
- Accounts
- Payroll
- Aviation records and IAA compliance

Future Growth in Your Role
We are a small, flexible and growing company. Once you've mastered the core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your role and take on new challenges. For example:
- Staying up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging drone technologies
- Designing and implementing new back-office systems (reporting, analysis, compliance)
- Helping the company remain compliant with new regulations, as they emerge
- Assisting with marketing and client-facing activities
