Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and submitting application and vetting forms for all Mite employees and subcontractors.
- Ensuring full compliance with all requirements and adherence to regulations.
- Ensuring all records are kept up to date
- Preparing and attending Audits
- Processing badge applications and keeping records
- Organising training for staff
- Updating the leavers tracker
- Ensuring all Criminal Record Checks are updated
- Responsible for obtaining staff parking permits
- Updating all Master records/trackers
- Administration support for staff
- POC for queries
- To be flexible and carry out other duties as required
About you:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Coordinator or similar role.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
