About You:
We’re looking for a customer service professional with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre (preferred but not required)
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- A commitment to growing your career with AA Ireland
- Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) or willingness to work toward them
Your Role:
- Assist AA Members & Insurance customers via phone, email, and webchat
- Deliver excellent customer service, meeting KPIs and targets
- Work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts + 1 Saturday per month (10 AM – 3 PM)
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and AA procedures
- Resolve customer issues confidently, escalating complex cases when needed
- Contribute to team success through collaboration and continuous improvement

- This role will be based full-time in our Dublin 2 office during training. Post training, it will transition to a hybrid model, but employees will still be required to travel to the office regularly, anywhere from 1 to 3 days per week.
