Duties include:
- Meet & Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Deliver a high standard of customer service in line with Hotel policies
- Have a good awareness of the Food & Beverage Industry
- Be willing to learn and upskill
- Be Computer literate
- Present menus and the wine list to customers.
- Have full awareness of allergy information on the menus.
- Answer all inquiries about food and beverages offered by the establishment.
- Deliver and serve food and drink to the table.
- Maintain outstanding hygiene at all times.
- Be willing to deal with customer complaints in line with the Hotel's policies
- Provide the bill and process cash and card payments.
- Full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Check IDs to ensure customers are legally allowed to purchase alcohol.
