- Taking Calls in a professional manor
- Pricing Hire Via phone, email and in person at counter
- Entering Hires onto the system
- Liaising with customers on deliveries, site access, payment
- Filing
- Liaising with sales reps on orders and pricing via email & whats app for accurate details and uploading onto system
- Good computer skills & attention to detail for internal hire package syrnix & Microsoft office as information from emails will need to be entered on the system correctly and emails responded to in a timely manor.
- Strong interpersonal skills among teammates
- Working in a busy environment with the ability to prioritise and deal with work load efficiently while paying attention to detail.
