Role Overview
The Interim Digital Marketing Executive will play a central role in sharing the Midlands Park Hotel experience with current and future guests. This position focuses on creating authentic, engaging digital content that reflects the warmth of our hospitality, drives bookings, and strengthens guest connections. With creativity and attention to detail, the role ensures that our online presence mirrors the excellent experiences we deliver in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish high-quality content across the website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Capture the essence of Midlands Park Hotel through photography, video, and written content that highlights rooms, dining, spa, weddings, and events.
- Support the design and rollout of seasonal and promotional campaigns that inspire bookings and guest engagement.
- Work closely with hotel departments to ensure campaigns are aligned with the guest experience and hotel values.
- Monitor and respond to online interactions in a timely, caring, and professional manner.
- Build trust and loyalty by ensuring all guest communications are warm, respectful, and solution focused.
- Track and analyse the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to ensure campaigns continuously evolve and reflect “always getting better.”
- Maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Uphold the value of “doing the right thing” by ensuring all communications are accurate, respectful, and guest-centred.
- Agency management for social media and PR.
- Marketing for the Health & Fitness Club.
- Experience in the use of the Adobe Suite would be an advantage.
- Management of all internal signage - print and digital
- Support the revenue team with ad hoc marketing when required.
- Management and attendance of all trade shows.
- The scope of responsibilities may extend beyond the duties outlined above.
