We're looking for a confident, organised Lettings Administrator to join our expanding team in Dunboyne. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established property and hospitality Group, working closely with our Lettings Director to deliver exceptional service. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Liaise with customers and clients daily, responding to enquiries in person, by phone, email, or social media-always with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
- Prepare brochures, reports, letters, and other day-to-day correspondence
- Schedule viewings
- Support the Lettings Director to ensure service excellence across the board
- Maintain and update our property database and ensure listings on websites and portals are accurate and current
- Assist with general office duties, bookings, and admin tasks across departments
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create content including property photography, virtual tours (Matterport), blog posts, and video marketing.
- Ad hoc tasks as requested

- Knowledge of the Property Industry is an advantage
- Full driver's license is essential
Desirable Qualifications (advantageous but not mandatory):
- Strong Social Media Skills
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Real Estate.
- Previous experience in lettings, property management, or real estate (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc).
A full, clean driving licence (required).
