We’re Nibbed — a cacao-led, wellness-focused brand, growing quickly across Ireland and expanding into the UK. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on digital performance, content, and e-commerce.
This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who’s excited to take ownership, build systems, create content, manage campaigns, and grow with the brand. You’ll work closely with the founders and eventually help grow the team.
What You’ll Be Doing Strategy, Leadership & Collaboration
- Own our marketing strategy across digital, brand, and retail — setting quarterly and annual goals alongside the founders.
- Lead monthly marketing planning meetings and keep campaigns aligned across email, ads, content, product and retail.
- Manage the marketing budget and report on performance, KPIs, and insights to the founders and finance.
- Work cross-functionally with ops, product, fulfilment, and customer experience to ensure campaigns land well.
- Help hire and manage the next team member — likely in sales/marketing — and contribute to building a positive, creative team culture.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta, Google, and TikTok ads directly — from briefing to copy and creative to targeting and performance.
- Build full-funnel campaigns and analyse CAC, ROAS, AOV and LTV to drive efficient growth.
- Lead the rollout of TikTok Shop across Ireland and the UK.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Own all flows and campaigns — welcome, abandoned cart, retention, subscription, product drops.
- Plan and write high-converting emails that align with wider campaigns and customer journey goals.
Social Media & Content
- Manage Instagram and TikTok — plan, create (or co-create), and post content with consistency.
- Make a chunk of the content yourself (especially Reels or TikToks) — filming, editing, and writing copy as needed.
- Keep up with trends and adapt them to fit the Nibbed voice.
- Source and manage UGC creators and brand collabs that bring fresh energy to the feed.
Content Production
- Plan and lead quarterly content shoots — including creative direction, location scouting, photographers, shot lists, props and post-shoot asset management.
- Ensure we have on-brand, high-quality assets for use across ads, social, email, and product pages.
Brand & Creative
- Work closely with the founders to shape and evolve the Nibbed brand — from visuals and tone to campaigns and copy.
- Ensure everything we put out feels like Nibbed — consistent, calm, warm, and clear.
- Help translate our values into marketing that resonates — and help the brand evolve as we grow.
Retail Marketing & Events
- Attend and help run trade shows, consumer events, and tastings — especially as we expand into the UK.
- Think creatively about how to bring Nibbed to life in physical spaces — from event set-up to POS to brand storytelling on the ground.
- Work with sales and retail to support activations with great assets and customer engagement.
E-commerce & Optimisation
- Own the performance of our Shopify site — improving conversion, layout, and user flow.
- Apply best practices in CRO and SEO, even at a top-line level, to improve product discoverability and site performance.
- Use tools like GA4 and Shopify Analytics to identify opportunities and test improvements.
- Optimise product pages, bundles, landing pages, and subscription journeys to convert and retain customers.

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of marketing management experience — ideally in e-commerce, D2C, digital marketing or a startup environment.
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, and content creation.
- Strong copywriting and visual instincts — you know what makes content resonate.
- Confident analysing performance and making data-informed decisions.
- Passion for wellness, rituals, and ideally cacao (or already a Nibbed fan).
- Based in the West of Ireland, with the ability to work from Athenry and Galway city 3–4 times/month -ideally it will be once per week.
- Willing to travel for events or team activations, especially as we launch into the UK.
